GROWLOWEEN 2026 - General information

Good to know information for attending.

Less than a week left until it is time for GROWLOWEEN 2026! 👻

Here are some good things to know before and during the event.

📋 Waitlist

You can still join the waitlist for GROWLOWEEN 2026.

How does the waitlist work?

  1. You join the waitlist on the ticket page.
  2. If there is a slot opened, the person first on the waitlist will get an email from tickets@uppsalafurry.se that they have a ticket voucher to claim.
Please check all inboxes; regular, spam, campaigns etc. The emails sadly seem to end up a bit all over the place.
  1. Accept the ticket voucher if you want the ticket.
You need to accept the slot within 48h, otherwise the ticket will go to next person in queue and you will be thrown out from the waitlist. If you have gotten a ticket voucher that says "voucher expired" you did not respond within the 48h limit and need to join the waitlist again.

🌭 Food?

  • It is recommended that you grab some dinner before going to the event or bring something you can eat at the event. This is because there are not really any restaurants or stores that close by.
  • We will serve hotdogs like we did on UFF Summer fest, but note they are just a snack and can not replace a whole meal.

🚏 Get to the event locale G26 Longue

  • If you go by car, there are a lot of parking spots that we are allowed to use right outside the locale. Just remember to get the app needed to pay for the parking.
  • If you go by bus from Uppsala Centralstation, the closest stop is Depå Fyrislund which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the locale.

🚌 UFF rented night bus to Uppsala Centralstation 02.15

A rented bus will be available for a ride back to Uppsala centralstation, departing directly from the outside the venue. Tickets can be purchased in the bar, limited supply 40 tickets total!

  • Ticket price: 50 SEK (first come, first served!)
Please be outside the locale entrance at least 10 minutes before departure!

Check-in

Check-in will be open between 16.00-19.00.

If you have an attendee ticket, but would like to upgrade to a sponsor ticket and pay the difference in price, you can send an email to: contact@uppsalafurry.se

  • Note: The sponsor tickets are limited, if you request to upgrade the ticket, but the sponsor ticket slots have been sold out you will not be able to get an upgrade.
